Sublimation printing is a digital process where heat turns dye into gas that bonds permanently with polyester fabric. The result is a print that's part of the fabric — it doesn't crack, peel, or fade like screen-printed or vinyl designs. It's the standard for performance jerseys, sports apparel, and any garment that needs full-colour, all-over prints.
This is why a sublimation jersey can take 50+ wash cycles and still look fresh: the colour is inside the fibers, not sitting on top.

Sublimation bonds dye into the fabric — no surface layer, fully breathable, maximum durability. DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints onto a film that's then heat-pressed onto the garment; works on cotton but adds a slight surface feel. Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil; durable for simple solid-colour designs but expensive when you have multiple colours, and limited to flat printable areas.
For full-colour, full-coverage designs at bulk volumes — sublimation wins on cost, feel, and durability.
We handle single prototypes through 10,000+ piece bulk runs. For most bulk corporate, school, and event orders, we work best at 30 pieces and above — that's where factory-direct pricing kicks in.

Standard turnaround is 14–21 working days from design approval for bulk orders (30–500 pieces). Larger volumes take 21–28 working days. Urgent jobs can be expedited with our +RM2/piece urgent charge — useful when an event date got moved up or another printer dropped your order.
For event organisers with fixed race-day or annual dinner deadlines, book 4 weeks ahead to lock production capacity. We turn down jobs we can't deliver on time rather than risk your event.
Yes. Xport Outfit pattern-makes Muslimah short-sleeve, long-sleeve, and corporate cuts as part of our standard menu — no extra fee for the cut itself. Both sublimation jersey and corporate apparel orders can be specified in Muslimah-friendly fits, and we mix Muslimah and standard cuts in the same order at no surcharge.
